Mgr. Kristína Šranková completed her university studies in psychology at the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra. During her studies, she completed a study abroad program and internship through Erasmus in Valencia and Madrid, where she expanded her professional knowledge, explored various approaches to psychological work, and gained valuable international experience.
She is currently enrolled in residency studies in Clinical Psychology at the Slovak Medical University in Bratislava, where she is systematically deepening her professional competencies in diagnostics and clinical practice.
She began her professional career working with children with autism spectrum disorders. She completed training in the ABA method (Applied Behavior Analysis), which provided her with a strong foundation in systematic and structured work with children with specific needs. She subsequently expanded her work to include children with impaired communication abilities (NKS), often accompanied by associated difficulties – emotional and behavioral, sensory and neurological, cognitive, or other neurodevelopmental disorders.
In her work, she combines professional expertise with a sensitive understanding of the individual experience of the child and their family. She is currently expanding her professional scope to include work with adolescents and adult clients. She regularly participates in professional courses and training, particularly in the areas of psychological diagnostics and therapeutic approaches.
Her goal is to support clients and their families in coping with challenging life situations and to promote their healthy psychological development and overall well-being.
